4.30am and we are on our merry way. Yup it's dark, and yes we'll reach our destination hours too early, but how do you argue with Swiss precision and punctuality? You don't. You just try not to be the reason why we left a shocking 10 minutes late... Horror of horrors.
I'm genuinely only kidding. Married life has been pretty awesome so far. Even if it has only been official for 5 days. Despite the fact that I'm pushing 30, I suddenly feel all grown up! We moved into our own place last Saturday, and I'm now a Mrs Sidler - just like my mother in law. How adult is that?
Anyway, now that my life has become interesting again, I've decided to get back into blogging. Keep checking here for our awesome honeymoon and wedding updates. I should be updating almost daily. Although we've already legally tied the knot, we'll be having our official ceremony on Sunday in Namibia, which could just be the most beautiful wedding this world has ever seen! Watch this space. Seriously.
Well, we're on the road to Krugersdorp now, where we'll hopefully make a quick stop for something to eat. Yup, I'm already hungry. Ok, I'm always hungry. But try explaining to my stomach that got dragged out of bed at 4 this morning that it isn't time for breakfast yet. I did. It's not listening.
Nope. Not going to happen. Mr Man has just informed me that we're only stopping in Vryberg. He actually admonished me for being a cellphone addict until I explained that I was blogging and read what I've written to him. Now he thinks it's an awesome idea too and I'm free to type away. But my hunger pangs will have to wait.
Ah, the joys of married life...
