Very yummy! The recipe only calls for 100g blue cheese and 100g cream cheese, which doesn't seem like much for 4 servings. But it was actually fine. I watered it down a bit with some soy cream because i found the original recipe too thick.
These were a real life saver and saved me from binging on potato chips instead! The ones i sliced a bit too thickly reminded me of pork rind...
It isn't every day that i get to look this good without the help of photoshop! ;)
